Tania started her academic journey at the University of Bari Aldo Moro, where she earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Economics in July 2021. After completing this initial phase of her studies, she continued her academic pursuit by specializing in Management and Business Consulting at the Marco Biagi Department of Economics at the University of Modena in 2024.

Throughout her specialization, Tania deepened her knowledge in the financial sector, focusing mainly on consultancy and corporate auditing. This advanced phase of her education enabled her to acquire specific skills relevant to her professional development.

Tania began her career at the accounting firm of the Italian Chartered Accountant Mr. Antonio Gallone, actively participating in various operations and processes characteristic of the firm's activities.

Since April 2024, Tania has collaborated with Hybris Corporate Finance as a Junior Analyst.
