Graduated in Law from the University of Bari in 2008, Alessandro began his professional career working in a prestigious subsidized finance company based in Northern Italy. 

For several years he has covered the role of Expert Technician in Facilitated Finance, with the task of developing, managing and coordinating financing practices for SMEs and large enterprises. Alessandro has also followed numerous development projects for the Public Administration, in particular in the commerce and tourism sector. 

As a technician in the Facilitated Finance Area, he has dealt with the preparation of technical files and on contributions to companies, managing over 100 facilitating practices over the years, with specialization in the writing and control of Research and Development projects.

Alessandro has been involved in the management of financing practices from the initial presentation to the final reporting, constantly engaged in the study of calls for tenders and the reference regulations, being involved in numerous conferences on subsidized finance as a speaker. 

Alessandro moved to Bari in 2017, where for a year and a half he collaborated with Logos Italia Srl, where he held the role of expert technician in Facilitated Finance, managing and presenting numerous facilitation practices in favor of the Apulian Public Prosecutors. 

In 2019 Alessandro founded Incentivalab, a laboratory for incentives for business innovation, drawing on the experience consolidated over the years with particular reference to interventions to support research and development, digital innovation and implementation of enabling Industry 4.0 technologies.
