Valentino graduated in law from the University of Bari and has been a certified labor consultant since 2012.

He has many years of experience in HR consultancy, covering all issues related to employment relationships with particular focus on Labor Law, with a prevailing legal competence, but also managing Welfare and Social Security, industrial relations as well as personnel administration and management.

In 2015 Valentino was one of the founding members of DABM Consulting, a consultancy firm in tax, accounting, corporate and administrative matters with headquarters in Bari.

From 2015 to 2019 Valentino was a member of the Evaluation and Strategic Control Unit of the Metropolitan City of Bari, dealing with control and evaluation in relation to Welfare and inclusion policies in the labor market.
