Ludovica obtained a Master's in law with the highest honors cum laude from the University of Bari Aldo Moro in 2014.

Following her internship at the State Advocacy Office in Bari, she obtained the professional qualification as a lawyer and was awarded the "Marco Umbertini Prize." This prestigious recognition is granted to those who achieve the highest scores in the bar examination session for registration to the Bar Association held in 2017.

Since then, Ludovica has been practicing criminal and civil law and serving as a Legal Counsel - Contract & Corporate Affairs, managing all aspects of legal and compliance matters for corporate entities.

Within the scope of her consultancy work, Ludovica has supported the development of the Organizational, Management, and Control Model under Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001. She has also drafted, reviewed, updated, and negotiated various types of contracts, including supply, procurement, licensing, agency, service provision, engagement letters, and various private agreements. Additionally, Ludovica ensures the continuous improvement of contractual models used by the company.

Collaborating with Hybris Corporate Finance since 2023, Ludovica handles judicial and extrajudicial defense in corporate crimes, fraud, tax offenses, and cybercrimes. Furthermore, she has successfully concluded numerous out-of-court negotiations for debt recovery with outstanding results.
