Cosimo obtained a master's degree in economics and business management at the Luiss Guido Carli University. In addition, he deepened his academic knowledge in France and England, where Cosimo worked in an important company specializing in corporate data management.

He began his professional career in the Oil & Gas sector, managing reporting for Exxonmobil and Total group plants.

After a commercial experience in Rome in a telecommunications and VoIP systems company, he returned to Apulia. He has been managing mid-market companies' management control activities since 2016, acquiring significant experience in the cosmetic, food, hospitality, collective catering, and tourism sectors.

Cosimo is an ordinary member of Assocontroller, through which he has certified his skills and services provided, obtaining the relative quality certification from the association.

Starting in 2023, he collaborates with Hybris Corporate Finance, being involved as a fractional executive on projects to enhance corporate management control.
