Giorgio is a corporate finance professional with a strong focus on mergers and acquisitions, business valuation, and management control.

Throughout his career, has gained experience both in advisory and high-growth corporate environments, developing expertise in business valuation, financial modeling, financial planning, performance management, and strategic decision support.

Following an initial experience at Hybris Corporate Finance, he held roles within the Administration, Finance & Control function at Aulab, where he strengthened his skills in financial planning, KPI monitoring, and business performance analysis. He subsequently joined Ernst & Young's Valuation, Modeling & Economics (VME) team, working on business valuations, intangible asset valuations, financial modeling, and financial analysis. More recently, he served as Senior Controller at Powering S.p.A., supporting the shareholders throughout the acquisition process by Arcus Infrastructure Partners.

Giorgio holds a degree in Economics and Management from the University of Bari "Aldo Moro" and LUM Jean Monnet, where he also completed a second-level Master's degree. He further enhanced his academic background through executive education programs at SDA Bocconi School of Management and Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

He is accredited as an Innovation Manager by the Italian Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, is listed in the National Register of Independent Evaluation Bodies (OIV), and is an Ordinary Member of ANDAF (Italian National Association of Chief Financial Officers) for the Puglia and Basilicata chapter.

Since 2026, Giorgio has been working with Hybris Corporate Finance as an M&A Associate, supporting entrepreneurs, companies, and institutional investors throughout the entire lifecycle of corporate finance transactions, from financial structuring and business valuation to deal execution.
