Snaidero
Snaidero R. SpA is an Italian furniture and kitchen manufacturer, with annual revenues of over EUR 100mln and around 800 employees.
The Snaidero Group has signed an agreement for the sale of the majority stale of FBD, the group's franchising division, to the German company Nobilia which in 2009 had already acquired a 30% stake. FBD is the result of an investment made by Snaidero in the early 2000s that has led a small chain of stores to become today an important European retail network specialized in the kitchen sector with 370 stores in Europe and North Africa and a turnover developed by franchisees of around EUR 500mln.
