CDS, headed by the Carrefour master franchisor in Sicily Gruppo Romano, has signed an agreement for the sale by the French group of the entire retail network in Palermo and Trapani for EUR 18mln.
CDS acquired a total of 20 "Carrefour Express" and "Carrefour Market" supermarkets, located in the two areas of western Sicily. CDS already managed about 15 Carrefour-branded markets in various areas of the island.
