Pescaria is a fast-food chain specializing in seafood, founded in Polignano a Mare in 2015. 
Between 2017 and 2022, Pescaria significantly expanded its network of outlets, growing from 2 active locations in 2017 to 11 in 2022. In 2023, Pescaria underwent significant changes in its shareholder structure and management, marking a new phase of growth and development for the company.
