Nicolò Scoditti

Nicolò is an experienced corporate finance professional with over 15 years of experience, having studied at Bocconi University and Harvard Business School.

He worked as a Senior M&A Analyst at Arner Bank and as an M&A Manager at CapitaLink Corporate Finance, and currently serves as Global Coordinator for Hybris Corporate Finance.

Over the course of his career, Nicolò has collaborated on several significant structured projects, including the relaunch plan for Carrozzeria Bertone, the composition with creditors for the Fondazione San Raffaele del Monte Tabor, the acquisition of Driade SpA by an industrial operator, the relaunch plan for the IVRI Group, the acquisition of Aulab by the Multiversity Group, the stock exchange listing of Yakkyo SpA, and the relaunch plan for the Pescaria Group.

He has handled numerous M&A and financial restructuring transactions, both domestic and cross-border, primarily in the real estate, consumer goods, transportation and logistics, private security, education, and automotive sectors.

Nicolò has a significant track record in complex financial restructuring transactions, including bankruptcy proceedings, and has acquired considerable experience in fundraising for innovative startups and SMEs, both through venture capital investment rounds and IPOs. His expertise extends to strategic planning for internationalization processes, with a particular focus on the Middle East, where he is a certified consultant for the Italian Industry & Commerce Office in the UAE.

Accredited as an Innovation Manager by the Ministry of Business and Made in Italy, Nicolò is among 70 professionals in Italy certified as an Experienced Executive Professional by Manageritalia. Nicolò also teaches finance at leading business schools and authored manuals for chartered accountants and accounting experts. He has served several times on the DigithON scientific committee and as a mentor for the Sprint Factory program.

Since 2024, he has been a member of the steering committee of the Puglia and Basilicata Section of ANDAF (National Association of Administrative and Financial Directors).

Nicolò has also served as a board member of several companies, including Aulab Srl, an innovative SME operating in the edutech sector.

He is currently an Investment Committee Member of the investment holding company Sullivan Ventures and a Delegate to the National Assembly of Manageritalia Executive Professional for the Puglia, Calabria, and Basilicata sections.
