Nicolò Scoditti

Nicolò is a professional in corporate finance with over 15 years of industry experience, educated at Bocconi University and completing senior executive programs at Harvard Business School.

He worked as an M&A Senior Analyst at Arner Bank and as an M&A Manager at CapitaLink Corporate Finance, working on structured projects, including the turnaround plan for Carrozzeria Bertone, the arrangement with creditors for the Fondazione San Raffaele del Monte Tabor, the acquisition by an industrial operator of Driade SpA, and the turnaround business plan for the IVRI group.

He has managed numerous M&A and turnaround operations, both Italian and cross-border, developing a consolidated track record in complex financial restructuring operations. He has also gained significant experience in fundraising activities for startups and innovative SMEs and strategic planning instrumental to internationalization processes with a focus on the Far East. He is a certified consultant of the Italian Industry Commerce Office in the UAE.

Nicolò is an accredited Innovation Manager at the MIMiT (Ministry of Economic Development), is among the 70 professionals in Italy certified as an Experienced Executive Professional by Manageritalia Association, is a finance lecturer at SPEGEA Business School, and the author of manuals for chartered accountants and accounting experts.

He is also a mentor of the Sprint Factory incubation program, a member of ANDAF (National Association of Administrative and Financial Managers), where he serves on the steering committee of the Apulia and Basilicata branch, and a member of the board of the Italian edtech company Aulab.
