Yakkyo, an innovative SME specialized in developing software solutions for e-commerce sales processes, has completed its listing on Euronext Growth Milan - Professional Segment (EGM PRO), a segment of Borsa Italiana dedicated to high-potential growth SMEs reserved for professional investors. This move represents the first direct listing operation in Italy, a strategy that allowed Yakkyo to highlight the strategic value of the stock market listing, separate from the fundraising process.
