Prototipia Srl, established in 2018, is an innovative startup based in Bari that designs, develops, and produces electronic devices for industrial automation with high technological value.

Prototipia Srl has conceived and designed Barty, a device for the automated mixing of cocktails, long drinks, and non-alcoholic drinks intended for the Horeca channel. Through pre-set and customizable recipes, Barty can obtain a drink with perfectly balanced ingredients in a few seconds. The device can be connected to up to 12 liquid ingredients and is protected by a patent obtained by Prototipia in 2019.

In 2020, the Company already aroused interest from investors by entering into a € 144k convertible bond with private investors and CDP Ventures at a pre-money valuation of € 2m. The funds were used to register the Barty brand and to complete the market validation.

Hybris Corporate Finance, in partnership with 74 Advisory, assisted Prototipia in structuring the Company's business plan, which resulted in a pre-money valuation of € 2.6m (+ 30% compared to the previous valuation).

The business plan was instrumental in starting an Equity Crowdfunding campaign on the Mamacrowd platform.
