Gruppo Grancasa

Grancasa is a chain of furniture and home products department stores born in the mid-eighties. Starting from 2017 has experienced a moment of financial difficulty, leading in 2021 to a new turnaround plan that envisages € 25mln new finance from Illimity Bank and the installation of new management.
In partnership with 74 Advisory, Hybris Corporate Finance assisted the management of the Group in an assessment procedure of the management control processes, monitoring the interim results and comparing them with the consolidated business plan.
