This strategic operation aims to strengthen Vection Technologies' offerings in the AI sector by integrating The Digital Box's advanced expertise in marketing automation and personalization.

The Digital Box was assisted by Hybris Corporate Finance, through its partner 74 Advisory, in the structuring of the transaction and negotiations with the counterpart, ensuring an effective deal for both parties involved.
