Claudia Carbonelli is a Finance Executive with more than 20 years of international experience across the digital payments, technology, SaaS, and fintech sectors, developed between Silicon Valley, San Francisco, and Munich.

Throughout her career, she has held financial leadership roles at global companies such as Visa Inc. and Electronic Arts, combining strategic vision, financial rigor, and a strong focus on growth and value creation.

At Visa, she led initiatives related to new business development, product launches, and revenue growth across multiple business lines, while also serving as CFO of Payworks, a digital payments fintech later acquired by Visa. Previously, at Electronic Arts, she worked closely with the Group CFO on strategic planning, M&A transactions, and investor relations activities.

Her expertise spans financial modeling and forecasting, P&L management, pricing strategy, business transformation, and the integration of ERP systems and artificial intelligence tools within the finance function. She regularly operates in multicultural and international environments, supporting management teams, boards, and investors in growth, transformation, and internationalization processes.

Claudia holds a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Bari and an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
