The company has undertaken its listing on Euronext Growth Milan - Professional Segment (EGM PRO), a segment of the Italian Stock Exchange dedicated to high-potential growth SMEs and reserved for professional investors. This move represents Italy's first direct listing operation, a strategy that allowed Yakkyo to highlight the strategic value of stock market listing, distinct from the fundraising process. The admission to Euronext Growth Milan is scheduled for December 27, with the debut expected in the following days.

In the process of admission to trading on Euronext Growth Milan, Yakkyo was assisted by Integrae SIM as Euronext Growth Advisor, by Hybris Corporate Finance as Financial Advisor, and IPOCOACH as Co-Financial Advisor, 74 Advisory as Plan Advisor, by Lexjus as deal legal counsel, by RSM Società di Revisione e Organizzazione Contabile S.p.A. as auditing and advisor for DD finance, Tax, Management Control, by IRTop as consultant to the Company in Investor & Media Relations, and by Studio Tumolo as Payroll consultant.

Founded in 2016 in Rome by Giovanni Conforti and Carol Hsiao, Yakkyo has distinguished itself in dropshipping and wholesale, specializing in selling third-party products through its proprietary platform "Yakkyofy." The company acts as a critical intermediary between product suppliers, mainly from the Far East, customers who resell these products through e-commerce, and end-users.
