Sicurtransport Group (approximately 900 employees) operates in private security sector.

Sicurtransport belongs to Basile Group, an important player operating in the security sector consisting of over 10 companies, with operational headquarters in Palermo and a shareholder structure entirely attributable to the Basile family. 

HCF acted as a financial advisor in the drafting of the 2016 – 2019 group’s business plan, that was subject to an IBR by an independent audit firm. Basile group, thanks to the cost saving policies on whom the business plan was based, improved its EBITDA margin from 0,8% in 2015 to 6,07% in 2018.
