Natasa is a senior industrial consultant of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (London), with a long experience in the supply chain and logistics, focused on the automotive sector thanks to an intense working collaboration with Getrag-Magna SpA lasting almost a decade.

Natasa is highly organized and attentive to details, specialized for over 25 years in procedures for increasing efficiency through the optimization of business processes and strategic business development in the supply chain and logistics, in the design and implementation logistics and supply chain strategy (procurement, inbound and outbound logistics, inventories, materials, distribution and transportation, warehouse management and operations management).

Natasa has worked for various companies as a European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) consultant, project manager, and CEO ensuring compliance with regulations, guidelines, and training.

Natasa has achieved excellent results in EBRD projects working on the implementation and creation of business models in operational management, strategic procurement, and purchasing, organized logistics, warehouse and inventory management, transport and distribution (internal and outsourced fleets), 3PL sales management, and 4PL with a view to continuous improvement and applying lean principles.

During her career, Natasa has achieved the following certifications: internal auditor and manager of ISO 9001: 14000 for 3PL and 4PL transport and logistics services; Operational and production management; Supply chain and logistics; supply analysis.
